I arrive at the event ahead of time (so long as the venue allows it) and begin to paint the background. As the guests start to arrive they will see the painting start to come to life.
Prior to the event we will have discussed the moment that is meant to be painted (as an example, for a wedding this may be the first dance or the first kiss). When the time comes, I will record the moment with my phone.
Throughout the rest of the event I will paint the details of the moment as well as any extra details that were agreed upon beforehand.

Gladly! I would love to travel to your event—whether it is outside of Toronto or out of Canada—I’m there!
For events within 1.5 hours of Toronto I would travel there at no cost
For events over 1.5 hours away I would require a gas fee and may require overnight accommodation.
Events over 4 hours away (or international events) may require flights as well as overnight accommodation.

My goal is to have your painting completed by the end of the event so you can take it home the same day! 😊 Most of my paintings are finished on site and ready to go by the end of the event.
In some cases—such as shorter event timelines or other factors—same-day completion may not be possible. If that happens, the painting will be taken back to my studio for completion (generally within approximately 1–4 weeks).
The 30” × 40” canvas size may require additional studio time, with in-studio touch-ups included.

Please see the contact page on my website for inquiries. To secure a date I require a signed contract along with a non-refundable deposit of 30%.

At the moment, I’m not able to take on additional in-studio commissions (paintings from photos). If you’d like a list of recommended artists, feel free to reach out and I’d be happy to share some suggestions. 😊
For live paintings, however, I’m absolutely open to using a photo reference if that’s something you’re interested in!

I currently only offer acrylic paintings for my live event services.

I bring all of my own supplies! All I require is a good amount of space to set up (enough to set up my easel and be able to walk around it ) as well as access to water and an outlet nearby.

The paintings will be done on 1.5” deep canvases which can be put up on your wall as is. It would be up to you if and how you would like to have it framed in the future.
